About Bergen Therapy Associates
Life is stressful. We cope with pressures from spouses, parents, children, friends, work and school. Sometimes we need some help to move forward, to develop, to grow.
It is worthwhile to try therapy to see how it can be helpful to you. Our aim is to empower people to find solutions and change self defeating patterns. Our approach is to work together to actively focus on your goals.
We provide individual, couples, family and group therapy for adults and children. We are located in a private, comfortable, professional office in Oradell, New Jersey.
We are convenient to River Edge, New Milford, Dumont, Bergenfield, Westwood, Hillsdale, Park Ridge, Paramus and other towns in Bergen County. We also are close to Rockland County.
About Robyn Schwartz, LCSW
Robyn has over 35 years of experience as a therapist for adults, adolescents and children. She provides individual, family, and couples therapy. For 10 years she also provided counseling in a high school and middle school. In addition, she works with many senior citizens, and accepts medicare. She has been providing tele-therapy/video-therapy since before the pandemic. As of September 2023, her schedule is full.
While practicing in Oradell, she sought out professionally trained therapists to work in the same location. This enables us to refer family and friends to other qualified therapists when needed. In 2021 we added Registered Nutritionists to enhance services available.
